The Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC) is an organization founded by the Constitution of India to select deserving candidates for civil service jobs in Kerala State according to the rank list of the applicants and the rules of reservation.
During every month of the year, this department holds various competitive exams and departmental tests for different departments and job positions. The exams are conducted both in offline mode (OMR Based) as well as in online mode (Computer Based Test).

Kerala PSC Upcoming Exams Registrations: KPSC Exam Calendar 2019
PSC Department of Kerala is responsible for conducting various recruitment drives for many job positions and performs the following functions:
- Recruitment to services & posts by organizing competitive exams. In this recruitment mode, an examination is conducted followed by an interview.
- Govt. services & posts through by direct selection. This type of recruitment is done to fill immediate/ irregular job vacancies. Basically, it is done through direct interviews, but sometimes, a written test is conducted before taking the interview.
- Advising on the suitability of officers for appointment on promotion as well as transfer-on-deputation
- Advising the Government on various matters regarding recruitment methods for various services and posts
- To assist government for appointing qualified candidates for various posts, through the rank list which is created by PSC from top scorers in written, practical and physical tests.
KPSC Hall Ticket shall not be issued to candidates who fail to submit their confirmation on or before the respective date scheduled by the department and their application for that particular post will be summarily rejected.
Candidates who will successfully submit their confirmation before the last date can download the PSC Kerala Admission Tickets through their One Time Registration Profile in the website www.keralapsc.gov.in.

How to Register in KPSC Thulasi?
One time registration is a very simple process and to register yourself you just need some basic things mentioned below:
- Photograph
- Scanned Signature
The size of the photograph must be less than 30kb with a pixel resolution of 150 W x 200 H and at the bottom of the picture, you should specify your name (same as that in your id proof) and date when the picture was taken in two lines. The size of the scanned signature must be less than 20kb with a pixel resolution of 150 W x 100 H. Both the files should be in .jpg format.
Important: Your name and date of photo taken must be in scripted (in two lines) in the black color text with a white rectangular background at the bottom of the Photograph.

The applicants need to keep their Registration Number and Password safely and never lose the login details as they are most important in case they have applied for the recruitment and need to log in again to check any details.

- To know User ID SMS KL USR
- To reset your password SMS KL USR RST USERID DATE_OF_BIRTH From your registered mobile only
Example: To reset the password of user rahultm with a date of birth 21/1/1993 the format will be
KL USR RST rahultm 21011993. After the successful reset, the new Password will be rahultm21011993. Don’t forget to change your password on your first login after reset.

Few days after the release of the answer keys, the department releases the Kerala PSC Results and Rank Lists for final selection of candidates. Additionally, you can also check the status of your KPSC OMR Examination Marks and Rank List from KPSC official website.
Please note that the OMR examination marks/rank list/result will be available only for 2 months. Once you select the Post Name from the drop-down menu and enter your Registered Number, click on show, it will show the marks obtained in the Kerala PSC OMR based exam.
