Punjab Police Bharti 2019
As per the old news, vacancies will be announced both for Male as well as Female Constable. The only education qualification requirement to fill the application form of Punjab Police Constable is 12th Pass.
The Selection for Punjab Police Job is done through Written test and Physical Tests. Selected candidates are posted anywhere in the state of Punjab only. More Details are mentioned below:

Post Name: Constable (Male and Female)
Salary: Pay Scale: 10300-34800 + Grade Pay of Rs. 3200/-. However, as per the new rules, the newly appointed candidates need to go through the probation period of 3 years in which they will be paid only basic pay or DC Rates.
Punjab Police Recruitment: Eligibility Criteria and Application Form
Educational Qualification: To apply for the Constable, candidates must be 12th passed. More Details can be referred from the official notification.
Age Limit: The age must be between 18 to 25 years. Age relaxation shall be applicable for reserved category candidates: SC, ST, BC, OBC, EXSM as per rules mentioned in the official notification.

Punjab Police Physical Efficiency Test Details
For Males:
- Race: 1600 meters, Time Allotted: 6:30 minutes
- Long Jump: 3.80 meters
- High Jump: 1.10 meters
For Females:-
- Race: 800 meters, Allotted: 4:00 minutes
- Long Jump: 3.00 meters
- High Jump: 0.95 meters
Punjab Police Medical Test
Eyesight
- Near vision – 0/5 (Snellen)
- Distant Vision – 6/6
- Squint, color blindness or morbid condition of eyelids or eye will be considered as disqualification
Good Physical Health
Applicants must possess good physical health and must be remarkably free from bodily infirmity or defect. Candidates who have the below-mentioned defects will be disqualified for the Punjab police Constable Post.
- Physically handicapped
- Knocking Knees, hammer toes, varicose veins, flat foot, pigeon chest, abnormal psychological behavior, stammering, hard of hearing, decayed teeth, flat foot, and fractured limbs.

- For OBC & General candidates – Rs. 400
- For SC/ST/OBC/BC – Rs. 100
